Customers must provide DatabaseDba with full, external, secure remote access to the server via Internet in order to collect information and to perform database support and system support functions. This Database access can be provided through any mechanisms like SSH, PC Anywhere, or VNC, or VPN. If available, we can use a VPN to access the customer's database server infrastructure.
The server must have access to an SMTP mail server to send email messages to the Internet.
